Philosophy

Our philosophy and processes are built around delivering long-term, consistent returns for our clients. Alongside traditional values and exceptional service is a rigorous research process. We adopt a collegiate review process, whereby all research is presented and debated internally before any investment decision is made.

We seek out companies that display strong cash flows and balance sheets, pay a growing dividend, and have a management team that takes a long-term view of the company’s future. When we find such businesses we tend to hold their stocks for three to five years. This also helps us to minimise the impact of trading costs on our clients’ portfolios.

Quorum MOB employs 14 portfolio managers, with average industry experience of more than 16 years. They are supported by an experienced team of investment support assistants and associates.
